Only 7% of published authors identify as AAPI. That number doesn't change on its own—it changes when communities like ours decide to do something about it. Your support funds the infrastructure that traditional publishing won't build: mentorship for writers without MFAs, fair compensation for debut artists, and creative programs designed for AAPIs who've been told their stories aren't "literary enough."
